Level 2 Background Screening is a fingerprint-based check conducted through FDLE and FBI Live Scan. It’s required for jobs involving vulnerable groups, like children or the elderly, and screens for serious offenses such as abuse or felony crimes. Fingerprints are submitted electronically, and results typically return within 24–72 hours.
